For the next step, we will check the job descriptions you created for your team. The job descriptions should include their level of experience, systems knowledge, necessary qualifications, and any other qualities you think will help us to employ the right candidate for the job.

The job descriptions for your offshore team should be written exactly the same way you would write them for your onshore team.

After analyzing your requirements, we will provide our feedback to help them attract the best candidate for the role.

We support you during this process to enable us to confidently select the right candidates from the local market and over 50,000 applicants on our database.

Then, we present the shortlisted candidates to you to enable you to pick the best staff for your company vulture, individual dynamics, or your business. You can do this by screening and interviewing the candidates as you would have done if you were hiring locally.

As soon as you’ve made the right selection of candidates for your team, we will set them all up within one of the seven ultra-modern facilities we have in Manila.

STEP 3

We provide support to your team for smooth operation

As soon as your team has been set up at our end, it’s time for you to organize their training and onboarding. You can start by teaching them the workflows and processes to use, the best ways of using your systems, and the general history of your company and the company culture to make them feel appreciated and seen as part of your business’s success.

After the training and when you’re sure that they meet all onboarding requirements, you can start assigning tasks, while you manage the progress of their work.

You should organize, delegate and coordinate the tasks by your offshore team the same way to do for your onshore team.
